This accredited level 7 certificate will equip you to deliver real results on EDI. We take the theory and help you apply it in concrete, practical ways to your organisation.
We combine 6 months of taught sessions with online learning, plus one to one coaching, group coaching, online discussion forums and more. You will develop a network of peers, and be part of a cohort of no more than 10-15 people, giving you a psychologically safe space to learn.

About Full Colour
Full Colour was founded four years ago by Srabani Sen OBE who wanted to apply her leadership and organisational change expertise to drive progress on EDI. She has spearheaded multiple deep change projects on EDI for a wide range of clients. Now Srabani has brought together a team of experienced leaders and HR professionals with real world experience to develop and deliver the Full Colour EDI Certificate for HR Leaders.
About The Team

Srabani Sen OBE had an extensive leadership career before setting up Full Colour, with three CEO roles, 30 years’ Board experience and four chair roles. Srabani has devised and led multiple systemic change programmes on EDI at organisation and sector level, is a qualified coach and has developed and delivered numerous leadership development programmes on EDI.

Abbe Barneby oversees leadership development at Oasis Community Learning. Prior to this, she was CEO of Oasis Community Partnerships. Abbe has a Postgraduate Certificate in Charity Management, a Masters in ‘Race’ and Ethnic Relations, a BA Honours in Humanities and is also as an Executive Coach.

Izzy Taylor is Full Colour’s Executive Assistant providing administrative support for all projects. With over 7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant prior to joining Full Colour, she has extensive organisational and administrative experience and has a real passion for providing the best. Prior to this Izzy was an Events Manager for a leading global hotel chain.

Kaitlin Zhang delivers corporate training for large multinationals on topics including HR Data Analytics. She is also the CEO of Oval Branding, a London-based branding and marketing company for the tech sector and cross-border brands.

Louise Harris has been a senior leader in the non-profit sector for the past 15 years, as well as holding several trustee roles during this time. She is a qualified accountant, with a Masters in People and Organisational Development. Louise is a life-long learner and is passionate about supporting the development of others.

Nasima Khatun has over 15 years of experience in HR and as a Chartered Member of the CIPD, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Nasima is also a member of the International Coaching Federation and her educational background includes a Law degree and an MSc in HR Management, providing a blend of legal and strategic HR insights.

Ruth Visick-Evans has over 18 years’ experience in the voluntary and statutory sectors, leading both in the UK and globally, with extensive cross-cultural experience. She has developed and run leadership development programmes for over 12 years, is a director of a leadership development business and is a certified coach.
