Meet the
Full Colour Team

Srabani Sen, OBE

Srabani Sen, OBE

CEO and Founder

Srabani is passionate about transforming organisations so that equity, diversity and inclusion become central to who they are and how they work. She has a 30+ year executive career including three CEO roles, nearly 30 years’ Board experience and four Chair roles.

As Srabani climbed the leadership ladder, she noticed that while she was rarely the only woman in the room, she was almost always the only person of colour. She began to reflect on her own journey, how she was able to overcome unconscious bias and achieve the career she wanted. She is driven to share that learning and combine it with her knowledge of successfully running and growing organisations. That’s why she set up Full Colour.

Srabani believes that it is one thing to read about leadership and inclusion in books, and another to live and breathe it in a way that delivers success. In setting up Full Colour, she wanted to make sure that we address real world business challenges in ways that are practical and implementable.
