Full Colour CEO, Srabani Sen, is delighted to have been asked to chair the panel discussion at Beyond Representation, an event organised by Board Racial Diversity UK and hosted by PWC.
The panel will be made up of trustees and aspiring trustees who are people of colour. They will discuss the struggles they have faced, the power dynamics at play and what Boards could do to better support people of colour joining them.
