The Next Level © Leadership Programme is for you if…
- You are a woman of colour in senior or middle management
- You have been overlooked for a promotion you deserve
- You are delivering great results but not being recognised
- You feel like there is a secret code to career success that no one is telling you
You have the skills and qualifications, but the likelihood is no one has taught you how to build a career as a woman of colour.
It’s different for us. Here’s the truth – It’s not you that’s the problem.
We know the power of community
Traditional leadership programmes are written by people with no idea about what you face as a woman of colour.
The Next Level © Leadership Programme is crafted by women leaders of colour, who have already overcome the problems you face now. It draws on their hard-won, firsthand experience of how to create a leadership career while staying true to who we are.
As women leaders of colour, we have faced and overcome systemic barriers to progress, unspoken power dynamics that can disadvantage us and navigated the challenges of balancing a career with the cultural and family expectations placed on us outside of work.
Each cohort brings together small groups of career women of colour.
Why should employers invest in the Next Level© Leadership Programme?
Full Colour’s Next Level © Leadership Programme combines deep and mainstream leadership expertise with lived experience of developing a leadership career as a woman of colour.
Our programme gives women of colour actionable tools they can use from day one of the programme, so they not only develop the skills and confidence to grow as leaders, but are also able to contribute to their team’s and organisation’s success.
Working with us could:
- Enable more effective progression to help you create more diverse leadership teams
- Improve retention rates as diverse colleagues can progress within your organisation
- Reduce the financial and productivity costs of avoidable staff turnover
- Strengthen succession pipelines
Full Colour’s mainstream leadership development programmes are delivered across multiple sectors. We draw on learning from across sectors to underpin the Next Level © Leadership Programme and support your organisation’s wider leadership development goals.
The programme would also enable candidates to access a community of other emerging leaders, a rare opportunity for women of colour.

Pricing and Booking
Do I need any specific qualifications to access this programme?
No specific academic or professional qualifications are required to take part. What matters is where you are on your journey.
This programme is for people in middle or senior management who are ambitious, capable, and ready to step up but who are navigating real barriers along the way. You may feel your contributions aren't being recognised, or that systemic challenges are standing between you and the progression you deserve.
If that resonates, this programme was built for you.
Are there bursaries available for this programme?
Bursaries are currently not available for this programme, but we recognise that costs can be a barrier to access. That’s why we’ve structured our fees on a sliding scale so that the programme can be accessed by a wider range of people and organisations. If you’d like to talk through the options and find the right fit for your circumstances, please don’t hesitate to get in touch to arrange a chat. Email Izzy Taylor on [email protected]
I need support to complete my application, who should I contact?
If you need any support or adjustments please contact Izzy Taylor at [email protected]
Will I receive any formal accreditation or certificate?
This programme does not offer formal accreditation, however we will provide a certificate of completion for those that complete the course. The focus is firmly on practical leadership development - the kind that shows up in how you lead, how you navigate challenges, and how you grow. The value lies in the experience, the peer connections, and the impact you take back into your work.
Can my organisation sponsor multiple leaders to join?
Yes. We welcome organisations wishing to invest in more than one senior leader and are happy to discuss group enrolment. Our pricing is structured on a tiered approach based on your organisation's turnover, so the cost reflects what is proportionate for you.
Sponsoring multiple leaders is a powerful organisational investment. It accelerates the progression of talented women of colour into senior roles, improves retention by demonstrating a genuine commitment to their development, and strengthens your succession pipeline for the long term.
NOTE: Full Colour can also run an inhouse version of this programme for employers who wish to sponsor 8 or more participants. Please contact Izzy Taylor on [email protected] to arrange a chat.
What makes this programme different to other leadership programmes on the market?
The Next Level © Leadership Programme specifically focuses on the interpersonal and systemic barriers faced by women of colour in climbing the career ladder, and provides practical techniques and skills to address them.
Our research shows it is not the lack of qualifications or standard leadership courses that hold women of colour back from careers that match their talent and potential. It is the systemic barriers and unconscious bias of others that slow down their progress. However there are ways to address these barriers. That’s what Next Level is about.
This programme was built from the inside out - by women of colour, for women of colour.
The Next Level © Leadership Programme combines deep leadership expertise with the lived experience of navigating and developing a leadership career as a woman of colour. That means the content, the conversations, and the community are grounded in a reality that mainstream leadership programmes rarely reflect. You won't need to translate generic frameworks to fit your context - this programme starts where you are, understands the barriers you face, and is designed to help you move through them.
I’m not sure if this programme is right for me - can I speak to someone?
We'd love to hear from you. You can reach us at [email protected] or book a discovery call here - a relaxed, no-obligation conversation where we can answer your questions and help you decide if this programme is the right fit for you right now.
Is this programme only for women of colour?
Yes. This programme is open to those who identify as a woman and identify as a person of colour. It has been intentionally designed this way and created by and for women of colour to provide a space that truly reflects your experiences and the specific challenges you face in leadership.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
For individuals paying for the programme themselves:
A deposit of one third of the programme cost is non-refundable, as it reflects administrative costs incurred when the client books a place and the fact that Full Colour will be reserving one of a limited number of places on the Programme.

Will you cover my costs to travel to London (including accommodation)?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to fund travel or accommodation. However, to keep costs manageable, the rest of our sessions will take place online.
Format and Delivery
What if I cannot make a session?
We are publicising the dates well in advance so that you can schedule them into your diary. Attendance is an essential part of the programme, not just to learn content, but to develop relationships with your peers and to share support with other participants.
We understand that you may have last minute issues, for example around childcare or minor illness. Should this happen, please contact Izzy Taylor on [email protected]
How many sessions are there and how long does each one run for?
The 6 online training sessions will last between 3-4 hours; the 3 group coaching sessions will last 90 minutes, and the 3 learning support sessions will last 30 minutes.
How much time do I need to commit to the programme?
The programme runs over 6-months and is designed to be manageable alongside your existing leadership responsibilities. It begins with a full-day kick-off session, followed by six half-day sessions. There will also be 3 x 90-minute group coaching sessions and 3 x 30-minute 1:1 sessions with a learning support manager.
We will provide learning materials through our online platform. We strongly recommend you review these in advance of training sessions. We also recommend you make time for personal reflection, as this is an important part of the experience.
We estimate that on average you will need between 2 and 4 hours a week.
How many people will be in my cohort?
We are aiming to bring together a cohort of between 9-16 participants. We’ve intentionally kept the group small so that real relationships can be formed, the kind where you can genuinely know and trust the people in the room and build connections that can last well beyond the programme.
