Are you a career woman of colour looking for a genuine community of peers?

The Together We Rise Network is for women of colour in senior and middle management roles who want to connect, share experiences, and support each other to thrive.

What we offer:

  • Opportunities to build meaningful professional relationships
  • Space to tap into each other’s wisdom and lived experience

Our members come from the non-profit, private, public and consultancy sectors. We keep our gatherings intentionally small – no more than 10 women – to create space for deeper conversations and real connections.

The network is facilitated by Srabani Sen, CEO at Full Colour.

Srabani has a 30+ year executive career including three CEO roles, nearly 30 years’ Board experience and four Chair roles.
