What is it?
You tell us what you are trying to achieve on workplace culture, equity, diversity and/or inclusion and we will devise and conduct a review to give you data on where you are now in relation to your specific goals. Audits typically involve one or more of the following: surveys, 1:1 interviews, focus groups and desk reviews of existing data.
This is not an “off the shelf” tool. We build audits specifically for you.
